What we collect

We collect the name, email address, and business information you choose to provide. Please don’t include payment card details, passwords, employee records, or other sensitive personal information in your application.

How we use it

We use your information to review your business for the private beta and to contact you personally about participation. Submitting an application does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter.

Where it goes

Applications are stored privately on our server, and application notifications are sent to our team by email. Our hosting and email providers process that information to operate these services. We do not sell application information.

Cookies and technical information

This website uses a necessary session cookie to secure the application form. It does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Our hosting infrastructure may record technical request information, including IP addresses, for operation and security. The application uses temporary hashed connection identifiers to limit spam.

Retention and your choices

We retain applications while evaluating and communicating with prospective beta participants. You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your application by emailing g@qsquaredsystems.com. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies from protected backups.
